Rooms were very clean, convenient location, close to Buchanan bus station
They offer free movies and right next to all pubs and centre. Clean room
The hotel is great and the bed is really comfortable. Loyal staff, I think.
Amazing rooms and staff - public parking is provided. Absolutely comfy beds and pillows.
The food serving there from the fridge. I wonder maybe they can serve hot foods from kitchen.
This is a great hotel with lots of great features. The rooms are very modern with the minimalistic look but it really works. It is almost like you are staying in a pod. I travelled with my 6 year old son who compared the corridors in the hotels to that in Alice in Wonderland! He loved the fact that the tv offered him lots of movies and I loved the fact that they were free! The mood lighting was a nice touch and the shower was cool too. Location wise you are situated a stone throw away from the Royal Concert Hall, Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre and Sauchiehall Street. I would definitely stay here again.
There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Hotel staff always friendly and can have a chat and a laugh with you. Ease of check-in and check-out. The atmosphere and arty sci-fi feel to the place. The awesome bed which could probably sleep four! Free wi-fi and movies.
the bed and shower were amazing value or money! easy book in and easy check out. good location for nightlife and shops!
Everthing!!!!!! A perfect stay with awesome staff.
Loved the trendy and modern design of the hotel, great value for money and the colour changing shower was fab. We also asked for a good view and we got one :) its great that you can check in and out yourself aswell.
No reception. Computer Check in. Booked this in advance with Company credit card, however on arrival the hotel were unable to draw down the funds from the credit card despite all details having been given at time of booking. We had booked 4 rooms for clients and only the lead booking could be paid. Clients arrived to the hotel and had to pay for there room themselves, extremely embarrissing situation. When we eventually got a staff member to speak to she told us that it was simple and could be paid by our office, however when she tried to demonstrate how to do it, she was also unable to do it. Check in too approx half hour, with clients awkwardly waiting to check in to there room.
Paying £7 90 for two pints af larger
It was simply fantastic and a joy to stay at.
Rooms would be considered too small if I stayed for longer than two nights.
Great value for money and the comfiest bed
